When you fill out the dumpster reservation form our team will be notified immediately and will call or text you to confirm within 30 minutes during working hours (8am – 6pm; Monday – Friday). If you do not receive a confirmation from us, please call or text.

When will my dumpster arrive?
We will do our best to accommodate your booking rental dates on the form. We usually arrive by 10:00AM. Under certain circumstances these may need to flex by one day. We will call you to confirm dates.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all Credit Card Types (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Diners) as well as Zelle, CashApp, Cash and Check.
What if I need to change my dates?
If you need to extend or shorten your dates, please call us. 99.9% of the time we can accommodate these changes with no issue. If you shorten your dates we do not offer refunds for the unused days.
Are there any restrictions on materials I can dump?
You are not allowed to dispose the following materials into our dumpsters:
- Aerosol cans
- All liquids
- Animals
- Antifreeze
- Appliances
- Asbestos
- Barrels
- Batteries
- Chemical products
- Computers
- Contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.)
- Dirt
- Fluorescent tubes
- Hazardous waste
- Herbicides and pesticides
- Industrial waste
- Lubricating/hydraulic oil
- Medical waste
- Microwaves
- Monitors
- Motor oil
- Oil filters
- Other flammable liquids
- Paint (except dried latex paint cans, no liquids)
- Petroleum-contaminated soil/lead paint chips
- Propane tanks
- Radioactive material
